Shipping & Return Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Initial shipping date on orders is 9/28/2020. Orders placed any time after shipping date will be fulfilled within 3-4 business days from purchase date. If you have any questions about the expected delivery of your purchase, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team via email at orders@xxrecordings.com.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

BRIDGE offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $150.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Full-priced merchandise is eligible for return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price and associated taxes, not including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn and in saleable condition with all tags attached in their original form. Please contact orders@xxrecordings.com to facilitate a return.

 

 

SALE ITEMS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with discount code are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS and DHL. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Please note, we are not able to accept returns of items purchased at one of our Retailers. Items purchased at a Bridge Retailer must be returned to the Retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?

All returns should be unused, unworn and with all tags attached in their original form. Any returns postmarked after 14 days from the date of receipt are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process above. New items can be purchased via the website.
